As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with our Data Entry Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data processing, auditing, and customer service. • *Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer information with a minimum KPH of 6000, ensuring accuracy and completion within timed deadlines
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
• Coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless data processing and customer service
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Verifying customer records using the system
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues
