• *Daily Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing incoming healthcare claim forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Digitalizing claims in a form provided by arenaflex, using multiple applications and screens
• Inputting claim details with high accuracy, adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws
• Providing production services, including data-entry, document processing, and scanning
• Receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• Adapting quickly to business rule changes, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Providing support to other business operations, during heavy workloads or absences
