As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing full-time assistance to our customers. You'll be responsible for conducting records submission and clerical work, utilizing various job approaches and treatments, and staying up-to-date with plan features, services, policies, and processes. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers who call or visit our offices, providing a range of support services and solutions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Manage support; profile page creation/updating
  • Filing, Information access, and Document production
  • Create and update customer service issue tickets
  • Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
  • Manage the company's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • General office roles include but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
  • Responsible for checking out supply products

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform critical work functions
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities
