As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents
- Processing and reconciling corporate action events
- Settling and reconciling move tasks
- Processing and reconciling reward tasks
- Conducting research and analysis on complex or escalated issues
- Testing and validating new technology enhancements and provider improvements
- Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce
- Representing arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
