Position Overview: Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

  • Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. This includes addressing product-related questions, shipping concerns, delivery delays, damaged items, and any other challenges our pet parents may encounter. You will use critical thinking and creativity to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
