About This Role: Make a Difference Every Day
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company and our clients through professional, empathetic, and efficient communications. You will work across multiple programs including survey work, customer inquiries, database entry, and market research initiatives. Working as part of our operations team, you will contribute directly to our department's ability to consistently meet and exceed Contact Center performance goals. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally via phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence

Technical Requirements: Setting You Up for Success

- Internet Connection: DSL or Cable internet connection at your home with ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi or cell phone hotspots permitted). Minimum internet speed of 20 MBPS required.
- Computer System: Windows 10 Operating System with 8 GB RAM and 100 GB Hard drive
- Hardware: USB port on your computer for headset connection. USB headset required.
- Device Restrictions: No Chromebooks, MacBooks, or tablets of any kind—this position requires a dedicated Windows computer
- Internet Speed Test: A high-speed internet test will be required during the onboarding process to ensure you are set up for success
Location Requirements
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must be located in one of the following states: Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, or Tennessee.
