As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat
  • Answering customer calls and responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Uploading documents and verifying customer information
  • Helping customers manage their accounts and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner

  • Verifying eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options
  • Displaying flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project and program updates

  • Inputting customer information into a database and performing various administrative duties as assigned

  • Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate: $15.50/hr)

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail/food service environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology applications
