Position Overview

We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their home furnishing purchases. You'll handle inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat, while also supporting our innovative retail locations with online order fulfillment and in-store customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Experience Expert at arenaflex, your days will be dynamic and engaging. Here's what you can expect:


  • Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple channels including telephone, email, and live chat. Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with the complete order lifecycle including placing new orders, processing cancellations, handling returns, managing exchanges, and tracking shipments. Ensure accurate record-keeping and follow company policies for all transactions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's extensive product catalog including furniture, home décor, housewares, and home improvement items. Stay current on new product launches, features, specifications, and availability to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Site Navigation Assistance: Help customers navigate our website effectively, guiding them through product searches, comparisons, and the checkout process. Assist with account setup, password resets, and payment troubleshooting.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and product departments to resolve complex customer issues. Ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions that turn potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Delivery & Pickup Support: Assist customers with delivery scheduling, in-store pickup processes, and curbside service. Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments and keep customers informed about order status.
  • Store Support: When working at physical retail locations, maintain store appearance, assist with recovering shopping carts, fulfill online orders, process returns and exchanges, and ensure all areas remain clean and organized.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively gather and document customer feedback about products, services, and processes. Share insights with management and relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Policy Compliance: Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures while helping customers. Stay updated on any changes to company guidelines and implement them consistently.
  • Technology Utilization: proficiently use various customer service tools, CRM systems, and software platforms to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, the following experience is preferred:


  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or e-commerce

  • 1+ years of experience interacting directly with customers, resolving issues while ensuring positive experiences

  • 1+ years of experience identifying and solving customer problems through collaboration with teams

  • 1+ years of experience managing time effectively while handling multiple priorities and meeting response time requirements

  • Experience building customer relationships and professionally handling complaints or escalated situations

  • Familiarity with furniture, home décor, or home improvement products is a plus
