As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fantastic service to our automotive dealer clients over the phone, via email, and through other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Researching requests related to profile assistance, tracking vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, and assisting with car warranties
  • Escalating critical orders and providing support to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Using your computer skills to track and manage customer interactions, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications
  • Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations

  • Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Availability to work during the hours listed below, with a strong commitment to sticking to the schedule reliably
  • Michigan resident
  • High-speed internet access at home, with the ability to connect via Ethernet or landline
  • Cellular phone
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Training (first five weeks): 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Eastern time
  • Hands-on calls (next four weeks): 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday
  • Work schedule: 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday, with no weekends

While not required, the following qualifications are nice to have:

  • Degree in a relevant or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry
