About the Role

  • Build Trust Through Communication: Establish strong, lasting relationships with customer accounts by maintaining open, interactive communication channels. Become the trusted go-to resource for all client needs and concerns.
  • Virtual Meeting Management: Schedule and conduct professional virtual meetings using Zoom and other collaboration platforms. Present benefits programs, walk families through enrollment processes, and address any questions or concerns with expertise and empathy.
  • Risk Mitigation and Upselling: Proactively monitor account health, identify potential risks, and capitalize on upselling opportunities. Align product offerings with customer roadmaps to maximize value for both the client and the organization.
  • Client Enrollment and Acquisition: Present diverse benefits programs to families, enroll new clients into appropriate plans, and open new accounts that expand your portfolio and contribute to company growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio with attention to detail. Ensure no client feels neglected and that all receive the highest level of personalized care and attention.
  • Renewal Management: Deliver successful customer renewals by consistently demonstrating value and maintaining strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
