  • *Responsibilities**

As a key player in our technology transformation journey, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive the CDP roadmap, enabling a single view of our customers and powering operational and analytical use cases. Your expertise will help us evolve the CDP into the ultimate data experience for product-led growth and business professionals. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop user stories, and drive trade-off decisions. Your goal will be to deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities that delight our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs
  • Developing a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals
  • Identifying new data sources and onboard existing data sources to the CDP
  • Evolving our identity resolution models (deterministic and probabilistic)
  • Building and running queries to answer questions and build segment and build solutions for users of CDP to be able to self-serve
  • Being the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team
  • Helping build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions
  • Identifying new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and related experience with 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • 4+ years of experience in managing Customer Data Platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment
  • Fluency with concepts like unique identifier, API, ETL, etc.
  • Data proficiency - you can source, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data
