Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Premium Customer Services team as Premium Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities
As a Premium Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service to our premium clients. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Elite Client Registration and Verification: Register clients and verify their access to exclusive clubs, lounges, and premium services. Ensure all membership credentials are properly validated and documented in our systems.
- Warm and Professional Welcome: Greet all premium clients by name whenever possible, creating a personalized and welcoming atmosphere. Ensure proper identification is visible, provide Wi-Fi access credentials, and proactively ask how you can assist with their travel needs.
- Flight Reservation Management: Book, confirm, and manage flight reservations using our advanced booking systems, including SABRE and other industry-standard platforms. Handle changes, modifications, and special requests with efficiency and accuracy.
- Premium Check-In Services: Perform check-in procedures for premium clients, including flight changes, rebooking, passport verification, and seat assignments. Ensure a smooth and expedited boarding process for all elite travelers.
- Flight Monitoring and Updates: Monitor flights continuously to identify boarding times, delays, cancellations, or disruptions. Proactively inform clients and make alternative arrangements to accommodate their travel needs.
- Ticket Issuance and Management: Issue various types of tickets, including day-of-departure tickets, reissues, and future travel tickets. Process cancellations and handle reservation modifications as requested.
- Priority List Management: Manage waitlists for upgrades and reservations, ensuring fair and efficient processing based on client status and availability.
- Travel Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective resolution for all client travel issues, including missed connections, lost baggage, and itinerary changes. Go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
- Escalation Support: Contact senior customer service representatives or managers to resolve escalated or complex client issues that require additional attention or expertise.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the passenger name record (PNR) system for future reference and service continuity.
- Membership Enrollment and Sales: Promote and process enrollment for premium club memberships and co-branded credit card programs, driving revenue while enhancing client benefits.
- Coordinated Elite Services: Orchestrate all services provided to elite status clients, including our exclusive loyalty programs and premium service offerings.
- Terminal Assistance: Assist elite status clients throughout their journey through terminals, including guidance to gates, lounges, and connections.
- Baggage Assistance: Assist clients with their luggage, ensuring proper handling and tracking for a seamless travel experience.
- Lounge Operations: Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of premium lounges and clubs through regular inspections and walk-throughs.
- Refreshment Coordination: Communicate with team members to ensure food and beverages are provided consistently to lounge and club clients.
- Vendor Oversight: Supervise the activities of external service providers, including catering and cleaning services, to maintain highest standards.
- Technology Support: Assist clients with technology and amenities provided in lounges and clubs, including Wi-Fi, charging stations, and entertainment systems.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel demands and coordinate all services for gatherings, including catering arrangements.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Complete all opening or closing procedures for clubs and lounges, ensuring security and operational standards are maintained.
- Alcohol Inventory Management: Conduct alcohol inventory reviews with beverage team members at designated airport locations.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the KeyStar system to coordinate appropriate services for special category clients, including government officials, OneWorld members, and VIP travelers.
- Attendance and Scheduling: Report to work on time as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Training Completion: Complete all required training phases, including initial orientation and ongoing professional development.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and performance standards. Wear uniforms as required by company policy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all governmental regulations, including those set forth by the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, and Transportation Security Administration.
- System Utilization: Utilize various internal resources and systems effectively during all client interactions and operational tasks.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Language Skills: Bilingual language abilities may be required for certain locations and positions.
- Background Check: Must successfully complete FAA criminal record checks to qualify for unescorted access credentials to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Security Clearances: Must be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security identifications, if applicable.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and engagement in a hospitality environment.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail while delivering outstanding customer care.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with all levels of management and the general public.
