As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
- Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
- *Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum).
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High school graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months of call center experience (preferred).
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
