*Job Summary**

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing patient enrollment, and handling high-volume client requests. You'll work under direct supervision, adhering to state and government guidelines, and observe standard working methods and company policies. Your primary duties will include:

Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
Investigating to obtain missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving all data entry-related exceptions.
Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
Resolving External Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

*Preferred Capabilities**

At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

Familiarity with Spanish and English.
