As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing resolution for customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Serving as a single point of contact for customers and building strong relationships to support their needs
  • Responding to and owning consumer inquiries/issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meeting performance goals established for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
  • Conducting proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • REMOTE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You must have prior experience working in a remote environment, preferably in a call center or customer service setting.
  • Call Center Experience: While not required, prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • GED / High School Diploma (or higher): You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
