As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll work a flexible schedule of 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This role can be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers
- Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times
- Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
- Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
- Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
- Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll also be expected to:
- Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed

- Strong data entry/typing skills
