We're seeking experienced customer support reps who are passionate about music and have a knack for helping others. As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences to fans of popular music artists. - *Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Expressing genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
- Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
- Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
- Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate timeframe
- Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
- Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
- Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions
- Being flexible and willing to cross-train as requested
- *Requirements**
To be successful as a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of call center chat experience
- Technical experience, preferably with Zendesk
- The ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
- Excellent grammar and the ability to use industry-specific lingo
- Previous work-from-home experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A love of music, particularly in the Pop and Country genres

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need:
- Your own computer with a processor of more than 4 cores
- 8GB of RAM on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits
- A screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required
- A USB headset
- Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent scan completed
- A hardwired connection to your router
