We're seeking an experienced Packaging Strategy Lead-Data to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Packaging Strategy team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and logistics, to ensure that our packaging solutions meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement packaging strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement packaging solutions that meet quality, sustainability, and innovation standards
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and improvement
• Develop and maintain packaging standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all packaging solutions
• Work with procurement teams to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible packaging solutions at the right price
• Develop and implement training programs to educate stakeholders on packaging best practices and standards
• Collaborate with design teams to develop packaging concepts that meet customer needs and are consistent with arenaflex's brand identity
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of packaging strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve packaging performance

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in packaging strategy, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful packaging strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations, industry trends, and best practices
• Experience with packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Tableau
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Master's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
