We're seeking an experienced Overnight Internet Service Provider Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling support tickets that come in over phone, text, website chat, and email. - 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the internet service provider industry.
