We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Tampa store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, running the register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Run the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Make purchase suggestions and offer personalized recommendations to customers
• Work with our food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers daily and work with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
• Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care
• Communicate effectively and provide friendly conversation
• Perform tasks at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
• Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time
