We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Tampa store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, running the register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Run the register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Make purchase suggestions and offer personalized recommendations to customers
- Work with our food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interact with customers daily and work with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
- Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care
- Communicate effectively and provide friendly conversation
- Perform tasks at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude
- Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
- Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Retail and customer service experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career
- Willingness to learn and have fun
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time
