  • *The Role**

As an Operations Training Systems Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for empowering our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Operations and Support teams to design, develop, and implement training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees. Your expertise will help us to streamline our operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for Operations and Support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation for training programs and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training content, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with Operations and Support teams to ensure seamless implementation of training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • *Required Capabilities and Abilities**
  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations, Training, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with SCADA systems, data management, and server administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networks and experience with network gear, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of energy systems, including chilled water, boiling water, compressed air, air conditioning, and lighting system controls
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • Experience with building automation systems, including Transporter I-Vu Building Automation systems
  • Programming skills, including experience with Building Automation Frameworks and GUI development
  • Familiarity with open standards, including BACnet and Modbus
  • Experience with utility SCADA systems, PLCs, and Step Rationale
  • Familiarity with utility Broad Control Systems
  • *Education**
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
