Experienced Online Fitness Coach - for women age 50-70

BodyBeautyLoveLife™ was founded by Julia Linn, creator of The Lean Queen Life — a high-touch coaching ecosystem for accomplished clients 50+. We've been in business for 4 years and served thousands of clients.

We are hiring a dedicated 1:1 Online Fitness Coach to work with clients inside Julia Linn’s 12-month and 3-month Lean Queen Life program. The candidate will deliver personalized coaching using specific proven systems, frameworks, and methodologies unique to Lean Queen Life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private Zoom coaching sessions with individual clients

• Provide client check-ins and progress tracking

• Voxer communication and support

• Maintain detailed client progress records

• Use Julia’s proven systems, frameworks, and methodologies

• Attend team meetings and group coaching sessions

Requirements

• Certifications in personal training and nutrition

• Experience coaching peri-menopausal and menopausal clients

• Tech-comfortable (Mighty Networks, Voxer, Zoom, Instagram, Jotform, Calendly, otter.ai)

• Strong foundation in nutrition strategies, primarily macros

• Experience with macro adjustments and curated nutritional guidance

• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence

• Organized, proactive, and professional

• Comfortable following established coaching systems

• Strong understanding of habit change and lifestyle coaching

• Has schedule flexibility

• Must reside in North America

• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific coaching methods
