What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, representing our brand with every message you send. Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding support through multiple communication channels, ensuring that every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with their experience.

Customer Communication



  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer chat inquiries and email messages

  • Handle outbound communications with existing customers to follow up on their experiences, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction

  • Manage high-volume phone call handling with patience, empathy, and efficiency

  • Craft clear, concise, and friendly written responses that accurately address customer needs

Account Management & Documentation



  • Review and update customer account information with meticulous attention to detail

  • Create, manage, and track service tickets in our CRM system to ensure timely resolution

  • Accurately schedule appointments and follow-ups based on customer requirements

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions for future reference and quality assurance

Problem Resolution & Sales Support



  • Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions that exceed expectations
