We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Chat Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis), and experience in customer support. As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and efficient manner.
