Join arenaflex's Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience Team
Are you ready to be part of a revolutionary transformation in sustainable packaging automation? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your expertise directly shapes the future of cutting-edge mechatronics technology? If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving innovation in sustainable packaging solutions, arenaflex has an extraordinary opportunity for you.
At arenaflex, we believe that the future of logistics and fulfillment lies in intelligent automation, sustainable practices, and seamless integration of advanced mechatronics systems. Our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging (MSP) Customer Experience Organization represents the voice of our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and development through deployment, support, and ongoing service. We embody the principle of Customer Obsession in everything we do, ensuring that every solution we deliver meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, usability, and reliability.
We're looking for a talented and motivated MSP Customer Experience Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the unique privilege of working backwards from customer needs, translating their requirements into actionable insights that shape the evolution of our automation technologies. You'll be instrumental in transforming "stand-alone work-cells" into "end-to-end integrated solutions" that are safe, easy-to-operate, easy-to-maintain, easy-to-deploy, and easy-to-service.
About the Role
As an MSP Customer Experience Quality Assurance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll serve as a critical bridge between our customers, engineering teams, and product development departments. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful deployment, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of our advanced mechatronics and sustainable packaging solutions across various fulfillment and distribution centers.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of sustainable automation technology. You'll oversee multiple products, programs, and projects while coordinating installation and deployment activities at both newly constructed facilities and operational sites. Your efforts will directly contribute to raising the bar on technology readiness and optimizing the performance of systems already in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment Leadership: Own the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of automation products in the field, enabling engineering and product teams to focus on system performance improvement and optimization
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovative ideas to reduce deployment cycle time while enhancing safety, quality, and productivity across all deployment activities
- Engineering Feedback: Identify and document engineering design improvements for hardware engineering and product teams to simplify installation processes and enhance overall system reliability
- Customer Voice: Build strong relationships with customers, capture their feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product development and deployment strategies
- Program Ownership: Typically own a full program or program region, setting standards and maintaining quality within your scope of responsibility
- Metrics & Analytics: Design, implement, and support comprehensive program metrics to track performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Data Management: Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to drive the collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources for continuous quality improvement
- Reporting: Review information from multiple sources to confirm data integrity and provide clear, timely reporting of key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
- Travel & Deployment: Travel extensively (upwards of 75% or more) across North America to meet project requirements at various construction sites and operational warehouses
What You'll Do on a Daily Basis
Every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth in this dynamic role. You'll find yourself working closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, software developers, and operations specialists. Your ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects while maintaining attention to detail will be crucial to your success.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that deployment activities adhere to strict safety standards while meeting aggressive timeline targets. This means you'll need to be comfortable navigating the unique challenges that arise at construction sites and live operational warehouses. Your proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they become problems will set you apart.
Beyond the technical aspects, you'll serve as a champion for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met throughout every phase of the product lifecycle. This involves building lasting relationships, understanding their unique operational contexts, and translating those insights into meaningful improvements to our products and deployment processes.
