As an LSCM Sales Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers and field sales representatives, providing order management services and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive account management for assigned accounts, collaborating with customers and sales representatives to meet their needs
  • Handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure delivery requirements and shipments are being met to the customer's satisfaction
  • Evaluating situations and determining the best path of resolution
  • Analyzing and interpreting data for customer orders, providing timely feedback to the customer and sales representative
  • Leveraging networks and resources to find effective and innovative solutions that maintain relationships without negatively affecting business results
  • Managing new product launches to increase speed to market and ensure smooth transition
  • Learning, effectively using, and coaching others on marketing programs and selling tools (Salesforce, customer portal)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Responsibilities**

  • *Requirements**
  • High School diploma with relevant experience and/or a minimum of 2-3 years customer support experience in a call center or like environment
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Team player who leads by example
