As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries and resolve issues. You'll provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing, assist customers in navigating arenaflex's website and mobile app, document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance, and collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery. You'll also continuously improve your knowledge of arenaflex's services and policies to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
