  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents for Personal Lines products and programs
  • Independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate
  • Identify, analyze, and own customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex policy issues and improve customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Active Producer insurance license REQUIRED in addition to at least 1 year actively using the license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Reliable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
