Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced Leisure Products Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our leisure product portfolio. This position is responsible for contributing significantly to our Product Development organization through comprehensive evaluation, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will serve as the analytical resource for leisure product initiatives, including the development, design, and optimization of pricing models.

This is a full-time position based in Minneapolis, offering a competitive hourly rate of $28/hour with standard business hours (8 hours daily).   • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze recreation product performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct detailed competitive research using multiple sources to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform spontaneous research and analysis as requested by senior management to address emerging business challenges.

  • Reporting Suite Management: Create, support, and maintain the Product Development reporting suite, ensuring tools and dashboards remain current and valuable.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and foster trusting relationships with partners at all levels of the organization, serving as a reliable analytical resource.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the day-to-day contact for key partners including Avis and Budget, maintaining strong working relationships.

  • Additional Duties: Execute other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
