Position Overview

We are currently seeking motivated College Center candidates to join our Software Engineering IT division. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our journey to make technology a competitive advantage for the organization. As a College Center in our IT department, you will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that directly impact how we operate and serve our customers.

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day, with a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour. The position is based in Atlanta, USA, and offers valuable hands-on experience that can pave the way for a permanent full-time career with arenaflex upon successful completion of the program and graduation.

Key Responsibilities

As a College Center Software Engineering professional at arenaflex, you will be assigned to one of our Programming Portfolio teams based on availability and the matching of your skills and career interests. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Programming Execution and Reliability Engineering: Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of critical software systems. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and seamless operations.

  • Operational Command Center (OCC) Technology: Contribute to the development of advanced technological solutions for operations control, including catering management, crew redirecting, and crew mobility systems. Help optimize complex operational workflows through innovative technology.

  • Omnichannel Innovation: Engage in projects involving reservation technology, customer experience enhancement, business and enterprise scalability, and digital cabin solutions. Help create seamless customer interactions across multiple platforms.

  • Procurement and Automation: Assist in the development of purchasing and reconciliation systems, and explore opportunities for artificial intelligence and automation to improve operational efficiency.

  • Global Sales and Engineering Services: Support the development of global sales platforms and engineering service solutions that enable business growth on an international scale.

  • Airport Customer Support and Cargo Operations: Work on technology solutions for airport customer service operations, cargo management, and baggage handling systems. Contribute to improving passenger experience and operational logistics.

  • TechOps IT and Corporate Innovation: Participate in technical operations IT projects and corporate technology initiatives that drive organizational excellence.
