• *Job Summary**

As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our IT systems. You'll work closely with our IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new systems and processes, and improve overall IT efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our IT systems
• Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new systems and processes, and improve overall IT efficiency
• Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with supervisory groups, merchants, and colleagues
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations
• Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, communication rooms, lab, and data center hardware
• Ensure functional sustainability of airport climate control systems
• Develop Plan Standards for Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
• Coordinate airport infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities
• Review/Maintain Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated
• Provide remote Incident Management goal to airport hardware
• Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support
• Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures
• Balance multiple needs within established timeframes
• Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• IT Project Management experience within a high-availability communication room or data center working environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• IT Project Management experience within a high-availability communication room or data center working environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment
• Experience with server farm technology and basic infrastructure systems
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and processes
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
• Experience with data center and communication room design and operations
• Experience with IT security and compliance frameworks and processes
