As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by managing stock plan operations and ensuring accurate processing of equity awards for our employees around the world.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our compensation and benefits team, contributing to the effective administration of our equity-based compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform comprehensive data audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans, identifying and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Process equity awards: Handle the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching awards with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Review transaction activities: Analyze equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries: Research, track, and respond to questions received from plan participants, method partners, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support award processes: Assist with equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring smooth execution during key periods.
  • Produce analytics and reports: Generate ad-hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, providing actionable insights to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain documentation: Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper governance.
  • Additional responsibilities: Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into actionable recommendations

  • Understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, including methods and interrelationships of data transfers

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with multiple stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans

  • Familiarity with global equity plan regulations and compliance requirements

  • Previous experience in a multinational corporate environment

  • Knowledge of equity accounting principles and practices

  • Experience with equity administration platforms and tools
