- *Job Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Financial Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Aid in the responsibility for general records and the month-end close cycle connected with corporate accounting, including the preparation and review of journal entries for intercompany transactions, intercompany allocations, and related party transactions.
- Plan and review reconciliations for key accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis and perform analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review intercompany accounts, address any out-of-balance issues, and work with intercompany payments.
- Track related party transactions throughout the fiscal year and perform valuation analyses to determine whether related party transactions are at arm's length.
- Collaborate with the Substance Money, Legal, and other teams within Controllership to obtain necessary supporting documentation.
- Work directly with the Supervisor, Corporate Accounting on impromptu organizational initiatives.
- Aid in the preparation of arenaflex's financial statements through the planning of financial schedules and references.
- Research technical accounting questions and prepare accounting memoranda to report changes in accounting treatment.
- Help to oversee internal and external audits by working with requests and planning status meetings.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- A combination of public and private sector work experience
- Experience in SAP
- Entertainment or technology industry experience
- CPA certification
