- *Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces.
- Managing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and maintenance systems for server farm basic foundation, IT accreditation labs, and distant communication room basic climate gear.
- Providing IT support for IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
- Coordinating with professional services responsible for basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises at distant communication rooms.
- Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all basic offices foundation for server farm and distant communication room gear.
- Developing server farm and distant communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT foundation.
- Supporting IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service coherence of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
- Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate principles and policies.
- Project managing server farm and distant communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
- Determining IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
- Overseeing the plan, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
- Providing proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, distant communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
- Maintaining the functional sustainability of airport basic climate framework.
- Developing Plan Guidelines for Distant Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) frameworks.
- Coordinating distant maintenance and break-fix exercises for airport basic framework.
- Surveying/Store Support Records. Ensuring discrepancies are remediated.
- Providing distant Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
- Providing distant installation, setup, and operational support.
- Maintaining severe adherence to change control exercises.
- Balancing multiple needs within established time limitations
- Adapting to help an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliably focusing on the health and safety of self, others, and personal information.

- *What You'll Need to Succeed:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Task Management within a high availability communication room or server farm working environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework
- Project management experience with capital upgrades, updates, and improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
