  • Experience in creating and executing plans to acquire key skills and knowledge through training and development programs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Senior Authorities and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in creating and executing acquisition strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong understanding of innovation contract-specific concerns like IP ownership, SLAs, Network security, and data security
