  • *Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and device learning strategies to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams, to educate them about our systems and share insights and recommendations.
  • Developing and maintaining large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and/or optimization models.
  • Utilizing cloud computing platforms, such as Azure/Databricks, and querying tools, like Snowflake, to analyze and process large datasets.
  • Designing and implementing data pipelines, cloud data stores, and serving engines to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and data science to innovate and adapt to new modeling strategies and procedures.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and/or optimization models.
  • Advanced experience in programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, or other languages.
  • Advanced degree talent in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support business decision-making.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with IoT and Edge AI.
  • Experience in reinforcement learning.
  • Experience in healthcare.
  • *Skills and Competencies**
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection.
  • Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including linear and logistic regression, time series modeling, generalized linear models, choice trees, support vector machines, and K means clustering.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Azure/Databricks, and querying tools, like Snowflake.
  • Strong programming skills in languages, such as Python, PySpark, or other languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
