You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX).

  • *Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI model development. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX).

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement data analysis and AI model development for our attractions
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI model development
  • Drive innovative work, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages
  • Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related items and services delivered by the team
  • Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
  • Productionize ML calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance
  • Coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
  • *Required Capabilities and Abilities**
  • 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
  • Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
  • Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets
  • 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
  • Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and expected outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities
  • Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions
  • *Favored Capabilities**
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with control frameworks
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
  • Experience with audio analysis
  • Experience with text analysis

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
