We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Management Director to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our healthcare data management team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data management strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. • Work in a collaborative environment to provide shared responsibility to pharmaceutical associations with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty Pharmacy frameworks
• Oversee channel portion business and productivity successfully
• Create and maintain areas of strength with connections while communicating arenaflex needs regarding drugs, exchange, specialty, program/item advancement, account management, and clinical services
• Responsible for a cross-functional influential position across arenaflex to make view and cooperative energies to incorporate but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty
• Uphold new business advancement by providing project plan and interaction details to make proposition for new services as well as reporting/scientific capacities
• Arrange and control exercises, plans, and projects in area of obligation
• Advise on different data management tasks and drives (current or future) to ensure that any data-related changes and conditions are recognized, communicated, recorded, and addressed to ensure adherence with the organizational requirements and arenaflex Information Management established guidelines
• Mentor, guide, and develop representatives through direction, training, and execution management projects to build worker confidence, inspiration, and loyalty
