**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Support and Coordination for arenaflex's Innovative Services**

Our End-Client and Specialized Tasks association inside arenaflex's Innovation division is responsible for observing and managing the start-to-finish delivery and support of arenaflex's innovative services across the arenaflex organization and its business segments. This association ensures adherence to defined service levels and completion of supported work. Direct assistance improvement drives through proactive monitoring and improvement activities identified through analysis and by our clients. We influence associations with the Business, client base, and Providers to effectively deliver services that meet established expectations. Direction and lead the goal of service delivery issues/issues between in-scope and out-of-scope groups.
- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Chief Services Leader support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for full start-to-finish delivery and coordination of all leader support services to leader and critical business clients within arenaflex. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional and technical support investigators to provide white-glove support and services. The role of Leader Support Examiner will perform all aspects of service delivery for a defined set of chief clients, including but not limited to satisfaction of service requests, resolving service incidents, and serving as the contact for all IT activities.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver daily IT services and solutions, including meetings with leaders, issue investigation, technical analysis, and solution development.
- Monitor start-to-finish delivery of services and proactively communicate issues to clients, providing substitute solutions as required.
- Coordinate and communicate support issues across various vendors and providers for affected issues.
- Ensure client concern of service issues are handled appropriately.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the Client Services portfolio of services and establish certain associations with all areas of IT service delivery.
- Execute and handle continuous improvement activities to better empower solutions for clients.
- Support arenaflex Innovation product administrators, engineers in process and planning practices in accordance with the chief and broad client community.
- Adhere to organization policies, procedures, and standards.
- Build framework and support documentation as required in knowledge base.
- Provide home IT support and solutions for defined clients.
- Offer late-night support for IT projects, special occasions, high-priority incidents, and chief client requests as needed.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Advanced degree required to get started
- A four-year certification in a related field with 3 years of experience or 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in an IT client support role, delivering a customized experience
- Proven ability to handle client calls showing professional interpersonal skills
- Should maintain the ability to work independently while maintaining and providing transparency to critical matters
- Ability to analyze complex business/technical information and develop creative solutions
- Experience focusing on and running expectations in prominent, time-sensitive/critical circumstances while maintaining integrity
- Ability to relate technical information to clients in a way consistent with their technical expertise

- Ability to lift, carry, and move computer equipment
- Ability to work in a production-type environment requires adaptable work arrangements
- *Experience Supporting Various Technologies and Services:**
- Experience supporting different technologies and services, including Windows operating system, Macintosh operating system, iOS, Android, Dynamic Catalog, Cisco VOIP, JAMF Casper, Video Conferencing, remote access, Citrix, virtualization, VPN, TCP/IP, remote and mobile networking, Cell phone Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, A/V equipment, Helpdesk tagging systems, hard drive encryption products, enterprise backup products, SAP, SCCM, Microsoft network devices, network printing, and customer/home/soho network equipment
- *Preferred Capabilities:**
- Practical knowledge of Video Conferencing and A/V advancements in an enterprise environment
- Experience using and supporting iOS, Apple/Macintosh devices, Windows, Dynamic Catalog, Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint, enterprise collaboration tools
- *Work Arrangements:**
- Employees are expected to be on-site at the organization location for at least 4 days.
- Additionally, employees can choose to work 1 day from home as long as they can come on-site if necessary.
- Understand that the organization can change the work arrangement at any time.
- Employees should be prepared to provide support during nights and weekends.
- *Compensation and Benefits:**
- The employing range for this position is based on an hourly work week. The number of hours planned each week may vary based on business needs. The base compensation offered will consider internal value and may shift based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications among other factors. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be given as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position advertised.
