- *Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in California, USA. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures, driving patient care results, and ensuring the consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against distinguished partner-established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and promoting patient care and adherence to clinical projects.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met.
- Drive consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
- Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with organization financial objectives.
- Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance.
- Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient discussion, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders.
- Support staff training experiences and development opportunities.
- Advance collaboration and promote pharmacy staff by encouraging a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, methodologies, mission, values, and guidelines of ethics and integrity.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Current pharmacist license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority.
- Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates.
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary.
- Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
- Knowledge of insurance plans.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radius, Commitment, and Plus.
- Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
- Basic level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view as well as running a slide show).
- Basic level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities).
