As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer information, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Utilize arenaflex's data entry software and systems to accurately and efficiently process customer information, including patient enrollment and medication data.
  • Handle high-volume customer inquiries, responding to patient and prescriber requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve missing data issues, decipher clinical abbreviations, and settle all data entry-related exceptions.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquire a dynamic specialist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current license or certification.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Essential level computer skills, including basic software applications and online data entry
  • Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, using a search engine, and completing online forms
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years or older
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and designing reports
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
