We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote customer service team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer information, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. • Handle high-volume customer inquiries, responding to patient and prescriber requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve missing data issues, decipher clinical abbreviations, and settle all data entry-related exceptions.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognize and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
• Acquire a dynamic specialist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current license or certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Essential level computer skills, including basic software applications and online data entry

• 18 years or older
