- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You will execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure the consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be accountable for executing against distinguished partner established pharmacy programs and driving pharmacy financial performance by executing pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
- Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes.
- Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives.
- Execute and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
- Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication administration, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives.

- Provides clinical counsel and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary.

- Observes rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives.
- Complies with organizational policies and procedures including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
- Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
- *Essential Capabilities**
- Current pharmacy license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.

- Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when escalating issues.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

- Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
- Knowledge of insurance plans.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems including Rite Aid, Commitment, and Plus.
