We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT support team, you'll be responsible for providing specialized help for network framework and internal work area frameworks programming and equipment. • *Key Responsibilities**

As a full stack data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
• Investigating and resolving technical issues related to PC frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues
• Providing specialized help to PC framework clients, including answering questions or resolving PC issues via phone or remote access
• Assisting clients with the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
• Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record framework security
• Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and programming as needed
• Communicating with clients via telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues
• Exploring distinguished issues by gathering clarification, investigating web information destinations, and accessing internal site (i.e., project notebook) to identify solutions and work towards resolution
• Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely
• Completing service orders to avoid functional delays in resolving issues

• *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server)
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in data entry, IT support, or a related field
