- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting records submission and clerical tasks requiring the use of different job approaches and treatments, and acquaintance with plan features, services, policies, and process
- Serving as the first point of contact by phone or face-to-face to assist customers who require a range of support plans and services
- Placing outbound customer contacts, following up with emails, and responding to basic inquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
- Managing support; profile page creation/updating
- Filing, information access, and document production
- Creating and updating customer service issue tickets
- Supporting in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and managing unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and internet research jobs
- Managing the business's lobby area: greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers; straight and seating all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment
- General office roles, including but not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
- Responsible for checking out supply products

- MS Office Suite proficient
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to follow guidelines and establishment policies to perform critical work functions
