- Performs all order entry functions, including prioritizing incoming orders, verifying match between the content of received orders and order form, entering any order with all data and notes, creating a computer-generated production ticket, editing an order, and sending to the next receiver.
- Performs all order entry functions, including editing the order, proofreading, and verifying.
- Provides customers with facility-related information via telephonic conversations.
- Works closely with insurance companies to determine patients' benefits for their skilled stay.
- Processes new business referrals promptly in our referral management system.
- Participates in ongoing communication with our facilities and clinical liaisons regarding referrals.
- Performs benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals.
- Holds accountability for results and displays a sense of urgency when processing referrals.
- Supplies accurate information to the best of their knowledge per the data entry expectation list.
