We're now seeking a talented and motivated Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us optimize our virtual and contact channels to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our contact centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams to provide analytical support and insights that inform business decisions. • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitoring agent performance, proactively identifying areas that require further research, and personalizing analyses from start to finish
• Building shows and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Creating, maintaining, auditing, and continuously optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs
• Executing programs critical to the business operation, under strict timelines

• *Measurement and Analytics**

As a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll also be responsible for:

• Leveraging multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
• Monitoring data quality and document accuracy, and improving if needed
• Collaborating with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
• Applying progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
• Staying up-to-date with today's data technology trends and sharing knowledge and best practices with team members

• *Requirements**

To be successful as a Performance Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

• *Nice-to-Haves**

• Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
