- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC. You'll work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and other departments to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and testing HRIS systems to meet business requirements
- Developing and implementing data reporting and analytics solutions to support business decisions
- Analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions
- Creating and maintaining documentation to support HR processes and systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR initiatives and projects
- Developing and implementing data quality and integrity processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HRIS systems and data
- Developing and implementing data visualization and reporting solutions to support business decisions
- Collaborating with HRIS Management to identify and prioritize HR initiatives and projects
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- At least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and HRIS systems configuration and testing
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of SUM function, borders, column width, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers, and footers
- Experience working with HRIS systems, including SAP/EC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience using primary level skills in SQL, including building queries, adding, modifying, and deleting data; creating and maintaining tables, querying and replacing databases using SQL statements
- Experience using time control skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and monitoring information and meeting deadlines of multiple initiatives with various completion dates
- Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
- Experience speaking technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience collecting requirements, developing solutions, and integrating cross-functional system solutions
- Experience working with HRIS systems, including SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, knowledge of control systems, performance management, and succession planning
- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques associated with areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training
