As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our content development team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our content strategy.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
  • Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
  • Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
  • Streamline our content launch and episode release process
  • Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
  • Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
  • Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
  • Experience with machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
  • Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
  • Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
