We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the business through data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address key business questions, identify trends in structured and unstructured data, and develop proposals to improve business performance.

• Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making for our sign-up and trade item spaces.
• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert insights on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, component analysis, etc.) to understand partner behavior and value, and drive business impact across the organization.

• *Requirements**

• Unbridled curiosity, high analytical and scientific acumen, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or economics).
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.
