- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and pioneering Customer Support Representative to join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new device for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. This role requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to advancement, to activities, to experience planning, to geo status, and to work in a fast-paced, complex environment. The successful candidate will be high-energy, proactive, enthusiastic about customer experience, and able to thrive in a matrixed climate where collaboration is essential.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the Content and Customer Experience expert for CSO's most critical new Deals Enablement program, focusing on the customer experience and challenging traditional approaches to working to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time.
- Collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Advancement and Customer Deals Enablement, to drive the success of the program.
- Map out the customer journey and work with the program lead to develop strategies to meet goals.
- Organize content from various sources, including creating a style guide, maintaining a library of all arenaflex content, and monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Develop cool arrangements with our IT and Product Management teams to improve speed to market, enhance the overall customer experience, and drive sales.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement groups and local partners, with a strong preference for experience working in a geo-diverse environment.
- Deep experience in customer journey optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform basic metric customer experience data into actionable content strategies.
- Past experience in customer service tools to impact front-and back-end solutions, with Adobe Experience Director being a plus.
- Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
